Salad

Salad with green leaves from the winery's own vegetable garden, walnuts, pear, graviera cheese flakes from Tripoli, flavored with citrus fruits from Argolida

1st Dish

Trachana risotto (Greek "country" pasta) with prosciutto from Evritania and lemon powder

2nd Dish

Traditional Greek fava Feneou (yellow split pea puree) with slow cooked octopus in agiorgitiko wine and pomegranate jam

3rd Dish

Greek veal fillet cooked in wine and black fruits juice, with smoked eggplant

Dessert

Mille-feuille with orange cream, almond brittle and bergamot syrup
